shin splint and running
apa itu shin splint?
ha senang cerita tulang tibia kat kawasan shin muscle tu overstressed....huhu common runner's injury.
last marathon, seremban marathon, aku ada masalah ini.
sebelum marathon lagi.
masa training, terlebih2 training agaknya.
pagi masa sebelum marathon still tak baik. rasa sakit lagi. ingat dah okay.
aku dah risau.
nasib baik bawak spray. painkiller spray.
punya dok spray.
kurang la sikit sakit.
boleh la jugak lari. tapi masih risau kalau dia sakit dengan teruk dan severe. so aku take it slow.
aku mendengar masalah kaki aku ini.
bila dia mula bagi sign, pain, aku stop lari.
huhu.
so my strategy this time is run and rest when needed. no need to force. though i was able to run and had the runner's high for some km....
weird enough, i finished earlier than ever, my own personal record. it was below 3 hours. 2:50. okay then.
this is the 27th seremban marathon ever being held.
well for me, it's my first and last.
why last? well, bad route marshall guide, too many participants of school kids...too many of them!
siap ada yang sesat pi senawang....hoho.. nasib baik aku sesat masa nak carik finishing line ja...kejadah.

dan nasib baik dapat gak medal!!! dah la limited katanya. hoho
