Jogging #1


wth. lama tak jogging. mandom. 10.38 jek. jantung kencang. otak tak cukup oksigen. nak pengsan. nak muntah. sedentary lifestyle sangat. apa nak jadi. tidur lambat. bangun awal. gi kerja asik mengantuk. sangat pandai jaga jantung. kena amek coQ10 agaknya ni. daaa.
