I've read this! #1 - Haruki Murakami's Norwegian Wood

Bertarikh 13 Mei 2011, aku berjaya habiskan novel ni. Beli sejak praktikal kat Hospital Taiping, bulan Februari tapi sekarang baru nak abeh baca! Awat slownya da..haha. Nak buat camna sibuk kot lepas praktikal hari tu.

Secara ringkasnya, ia berkisarkan hidup pelajar universiti - romance, life as a student, life dilemma, stress, slice of life.

Basically, citer dia banyak pasal broken people. Macam Naoko. Ada masalah emosi sikit. Then romance and romance. Biasa la youth. Kemudian ada la funny sikit. Macam kisah roomate Toru, si Storm Trooper. Sangat lol.

It got no much difference actually dengan situasi Malaysia. A riot in the university. Part time working.

Cool what berutus surat~

Cerita ini macam reminiscence of life gak. Coz sebenarnya kisah bermula bila Toru (37), berada dalam kapal terbang dan terdengar lagu the Beatles, Norwegian Wood then suddenly memories masa zaman universiti muncul keluar. I agree.

Terutamanya this one, when I'm writing it I could recall the stories about Kizuki and Nagasawa - Toru's friends. How he described them.

Already got the live action movie starring Matsuyama Kenichi (L from Death Note), going to watch it when I got the mood.

Despite the unsatisfied ending (for me), I liked this novel. Already bought his other work, non-fiction - Underground. This one should be interesting. It's about true story - Sarin gas attack in subway by a cult group in 1995. Sounds like Bloody Monday, huh? I started to like a story about cult religion ever since being exposed to 20th Century Boys. Thus I would like to know the real one as well. Still on third page at the moment. :)
